SCMS-M3-45 is one of the high technology smart controlling system that has been designed for monitoring the corrosion with high quality of sensitivity which can be so helpful for Oil and Gas company.
SCMS-M3-45’s hardware has been designed based on highest technology of analog and digital electronic which can be work in any bad industrial condition.
SCMS-M3-45, with 35 analog corrosion sensors input and ability to controlling 2 relays and having temperature, humidity sensors can get the best input of all condition of pipe line and with its output control can having better control of the whole condition of the environment.
The processor of SCMS-M3-45 is 1 GHZ ARM @ Cortex A8 and can manage everything locally and also send the data to the cloud. The core of this system has been designed for doing some smart analysis on FUZZY control system algorithm and having the better result for any analysis and can support analysis required.
Serial communication is enabled through one RS232 and a potential for having RS485. System has one USB 2.0 and one micro USB if it is required.
It can support 4GB to 16GB SD card which can be use for storage the data locally.
the system has 2 types of electronic board one is the base of processing and it is the main board of the system and for the analog sensor there are 3 separated and isolated analog modules that means that based on the project the number of these module can be increased and also the number of the sensors that can be connect to the system will be increased to 250.
For the system one 12 V inside rechargeable battery has been provided which can support the power of the controller for more that 24 hours of continuously this battery is just for the controller and it is separate of the main power supply of the whole corrosion monitoring system in the field.
SCMS-M3-45 can be connected to any communication system network such as Ethernet, WIFI, 3G, 4G, E1, Fiberoptic and any industrial communication protocol such and Modbus and Fieldbus.
SCMS-M3-45 also has the ability to connect to LCD and Mouse and also keyboard for giving the better ability on installing and setup the system in the field.
