The SCMS system analysis uses all data that was captured with sensors in the pipeline. After encrypting data with SCMS firmware, they will be stored in the cloud and ready for system analysis on the cloud.Fuzzy Control system and Neural Network Algorithm are the bases of the system analysis for corrosion monitoring.
By using Artificial intelligence (AI) for analyzing sensors data, the mistakes in analyzing the added data will be decreased and AI can detect the sensors that are not working correctly. AI helps the system analysis to be more trustable compare to normal system analysis. The reason is AI can detect all the mistakes and unacceptable conditions all the times.
Customers can have access to the result of data analysis and update them anytime and from anywhere. They can monitor the corrosion status by the output of high intelligent system. Analysis output is available in 3 types:
1- Numeric output: which can be used in any analysis system
2- 2D plot graph: which can give more details about the status of the corrosion of pipeline.
3- 3D plot graph: which can give better idea about the corrosion inside of the pipe.
Each customers will have their own profile and have an access to all reports on the website and mobile app of Currentronics.
Even more analysis information can be estimated for other parts of the pipe line which is not have been captured by system sensors.
For adding this ability to the system, at least three positions of the pipeline should be monitored by sensors and then AI system analysis can make an accurate guess about the condition of whole pipeline between those points.
This feature is very important for the pipeline with more than 4 corrosion positions.
It can decrease the price for monitoring the whole pipeline with accurate and really close to real situation estimate.
Customers can install many corrosion monitoring systems to cover all parts of the pipeline and select three critical points to be monitored.
