Analysis software of SCMS has been designed on fuzzy control system and artificial intelligence algorithm which is not only for monitoring the corrosion but also has been designed for having a reliable and trustable estimate of the pipe line.

ICAS ( Intelligent Corrosion Analysis Software)  uses of the latest AI algorithm for extracting the  maximum information of sensors. ICAS has 4 levels of software architectures that all of them together can make a reliable and smart system for monitoring the corrosion and make a estimate for the other parts of the pipe line.

The first level of the ICAS gets the data form all sensors and with fuzzy algorithms and do many mathematics works to detect the maximum information about the corrosion. And also, all environment effects and noise such as temperature, humidity and all common noises will be separate from the main signal of sensors.

The second level has been created for detecting any damaged sensors and understanding which data is not trustable and makes an alarm for fix and repair of the failure sensors.

Third level is basically for learning and makes the data base ready for estimating the corrosion status in near future. Actually, this level during the time that system gets the data from the sensors and pass the level 2, storage the data in data base and after getting enough information from the sensors in the database can make a good estimate about future and some other parts of the pipe line.

Fourth level is the web base and user interface of the ICAS which user can see the corrosion information in numeric and graphical graph on user profile on cloud.

Between all layers there is one security level which is responsible for encrypt the data and makes sure the data is not accessible with third party.

The main concept of this software is extracting the main information of corrosion and learn during the time for having a very smart corrosion monitoring system. With this system even for the some reason ICAS can not access to fresh data from the sensors can update the corrosion condition based on the estimate of pervious data on database.   

Customer can see the analysis from the beginning to last update on cloud and this analysis will be available on phone and computer.
